Shipping Address

Your billing address should match the one where you receive your credit card statements, while the shipping address is where we will deliver your order.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Charges
In cases where issues related to product size arise due to customer error or dissatisfaction with product quality, the customer will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping charges.

Alternate Shipping Options

In cases of multiple orders, you may receive them separately based on product availability and different shipping locations.

Refund and Returns Due to Shipping Delays
Please note that Three Bears will not issue refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges solely due to shipping delays caused by the carrier agency. However, at our discretion, we may offer store credit that you can use for future orders.

If your order experiences delays due to stock unavailability or any other unforeseen issues, Three Bears will notify you promptly via email.
Shipment Time
The estimated shipment time displayed on our website for each product is indicative and subject to change. For a more accurate estimate, please contact us via email with your order number or item codes.
We endeavor to process orders within 24-48 hours of placement. Under ideal conditions, you can typically expect your order to be delivered in 4-6 business days.
Transit Risk
All orders shipped by Three Bears are fully insured at no extra cost to our customers. In the rare event of a lost order during transit, we will initiate the reprocessing of the order. However, please be aware that we are not responsible for lost packages during transit or any damages to packaging once the carrier agency has delivered it to the address provided by the customer.
Tracking Your Shipment
Three Bears will provide shipment details via email alerts once the package is handed over to the carrier agency. These email notifications will include information about the transport/courier agency's website, tracking number, and the expected delivery date. You can use this information to track the status of your package.
Please keep in mind that tracking numbers for shipped orders may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the carrier agency's websites.
