At Three Bears , our commitment is to provide top-quality products and excellent service. If, for any reason, you receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange guidelines:

Damaged or Incorrect Product:

• In the event you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please return it to us along with your order number.
• Upon receiving the product and confirming the issue, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you.

Exchange Policy:

• We do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has been sold.
• Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of the product's delivery.
• Exchange is allowed with the inclusion of transportation fees.
• To request an exchange, please send an email to threebearsclothingss@gmail.com with your exchange request.
• You are responsible for returning the product to us; we do not provide a reverse pickup service.
• The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.
• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• Only one exchange is permitted per order.
• Size exchanges are available, and you can select a bigger or smaller size of equal value to the exchanged product, with the shipping/COD costs to and from deducted.

Cancellation of Orders:

• Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at threebearsclothingss@gmail.com.
• The customer agrees not to dispute Three Bears Clothings' decision and accepts our judgment regarding cancellations.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes:

• If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note.
• The credit note will be sent to your email and can be utilized for your next purchase on the Three Bears Clothings website. Please ensure you use the credit within 30 days of its issuance.

Partial Order Exchange:

• Yes, you can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that certain items may not be returnable or exchangeable.

Fit Issues:

• If a product doesn't fit, and you require a different size, please request a size exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Subject to availability, we will assist with size exchanges. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a credit note for future purchases.

Non-Acceptance of Exchanges:

• Exchanges/Returns are not accepted due to dissatisfaction with the material or color of the dress. Thoroughly read the product description and review all product images before making a purchase.
• Products are crafted by skilled artisans, and variations in color, finish, and overall appearance may occur. We do not accept exchanges or returns for color variations.
• Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for products that have been washed or worn.
• Products purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
